Youth Network Services (YNS), funded by the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board, offers a free program to youth, ages 16-24 who face one or more barriers towards employment and future success.
The YNS program is perfect for youth who are ready to make a positive change towards their future. It is designed and structured to have participants work closely with an assigned Youth Specialist over the average course of 24 months.
They are currently interviewing youth for enrollment in their new program year which starts NOW!!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be 16-24 at the time of enrollment
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Have a valid Social Security Card and I.D.
- Have a barrier to educational or employment success: Drop-out, Parenting, Foster Care, Probation, Documented Disability, IEP, ESL, Homeless, etc.
- Santa Barbara County Resident
